Cosplay How To: Make wings

I found a great tutorial from a girl who cosplayed Howl’s Moving Castle. She made not only the usual outfit Howl wears, but also the bird-like one as well! She made a whole tutorial for it on her livejournal, even down to the hinges for the wings so they would open and close! It’s super useful! :D
